Return and Exchange

RETURNS

  • Returns can be made ONLY if the goods are damaged. Free of Charge shipping applicable.

  • You should email or text us no longer than 2 days after goods have arrived.

  • We will response to your email included our address information.
  • You will then have 2 days beginning after you receive our email response to send it back to us. Exceptions can be made if the goods cannot be received because of the shipping company’s or our fault.
  • We will refund your money via Bank Transfers or you can choose the same price item(s) to be ordered.

EXCHANGES

  • FASHIONISTAS does NOT accept any size exchanges, or exchanges due to dislikes on product, color or style after reception of goods.
    PLEASE NOTE: To ensure you select the right size, we are more than happy to help you with sizing issues. Please not hesitate to click Contact Us link.
  • FASHIONISTAS tries best to give the most accurate colors in the computer screen. But due to different monitor display, the colors may appear differently.

IMPORTANT NOTES

Items should be returned new, unused, unwashed (we will notice it) and with all items tags (if available) still attached. Returns that are damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
